Aluminum polishing machine can be used for surface treatment and polishing in aluminum extrusion factories and anodizing factories. Adopting programmable controller control, using frequency converter to control the production line speed, making use of pneumatic to control the polishing strength, the pressure of polishing wheel can be adjusted in the production, which can achieve the expected polishing result, reduce the dependence to the manpower.

The standard aluminum polishing machine has two sets of polishing wheel, one pair of horizontal polishing wheel, one pair of vertical polishing wheel. Can make four sides of aluminum profiles polishing at one time, or make two or three sides of profiles polishing, also can polish irregular side of aluminum profiles, so our aluminum polishing machine has a high applicability.   Can change to rag wheel to polish aluminum profiles after hemp fiber polishing wheel polishing

 

 

 

The aluminum polishing machine can be made for the groups according to the customers’ requirement besides our standard aluminum polishing machine.
